Newton Breiter: Senior VP - Development
Newton Breiter delivers complex, award-winning real estate projects from concept to completion. Known for a leadership style grounded in creativity and collaboration, he brings a diverse portfolio of experience that includes large-scale multifamily housing, heritage building restoration, creative retail and office space, and hotel development. He is the Senior Vice President of Development at Wing Point Partners.
Newton is driven to build transformational projects that center on human experience—art, food, culture, and community. He navigates complexity with strategic focus and leads project teams through design, entitlements, and construction with a commitment to design integrity and stakeholder alignment. He values strong relationships with consultants, government agencies, and partners, and plays a key role in enhancing project outcomes through detailed financial underwriting and rigorous budget management

Newton’s background combines creativity + execution skillsets, brining a unique and insightful approach to Wing Point’s projects.
Before joining Wing Point, Newton was a Senior Development Manager and the Creative Director at Lake Union Partners for 13 years. In that role, he led the development of over 1,500 apartment units and multiple historic building renovations, with total capitalization exceeding $750 million. Prior to that, he built a strong foundation in architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning, and real estate economics at EDAW/AECOM.
Newton holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon, a Bachelor of Science from Western Washington University, and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
